I believe self-care is a revolutionary act of reclaiming our power and self-love, My mission is to support midlife women in building the most important relationship of their lives—the one with themselves.

My journey into self-care began when I realised how disconnected I had become from my own needs, caught in spirals of seeking approval & people pleasing in relationships, undervaluing myself, and in turn, neglecting the things that truly mattered; my health, family, friends, freedom, faith and having fun living a full life.

Like so many women, I allowed the external world to dictate how I should show up, but at what cost? The turning point came when, after a period of feeling drained and depleted, I made the conscious decision to get back on track with my health, realising it was an essential step if I intended to create a life I truly wanted and not resign myself to the life societal rules expected me to have.
